RestWerks LLC operates a platform that enables residential AV integrators to provide AI powered SMS support to their clients. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with that platform.

When a client sends a text message to a number powered by RestWerks, we collect and store the following:
- The sender's phone number
- The content of the text message
- The date and time of each message
- The response generated by the AI agent
This conversation data is stored in a secure database and used to provide support, maintain conversation history, and improve the accuracy of the AI agent over time.
How We Use This Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to client support requests on behalf of the integrator
- Maintain conversation continuity across multiple interactions
- Generate service tickets for unresolved issues
- Analyze patterns to improve the AI agent's accuracy and helpfulness
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use client messages for advertising purposes.
Data Sharing
Conversation data may be shared with the residential AV integrator whose platform you are texting. That integrator uses the data to manage your service relationship. We do not share your information with any other third parties except as required by law.
Data Retention
Conversation data is retained for as long as the service relationship is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting the integrator you work with, or by reaching out to us directly at the contact below.
SMS Messaging
By texting a RestWerks powered number, you consent to receive SMS messages in response to your support requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. Data is stored on encrypted servers and access is limited to authorized personnel.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
