The Service
RestWerks provides an AI powered SMS support platform for residential AV integrators and their clients. The service handles inbound text messages, generates responses using artificial intelligence, and routes unresolved issues to a human technician.
Use of the Service
The RestText SMS service is intended for residential technology support purposes only. You agree not to use the service to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the platform
SMS Messaging Terms
By texting a RestWerks powered number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your home technology support. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from messages
- Reply HELP for assistance
- Message frequency varies based on your support needs
AI Limitations
The RestText agent uses artificial intelligence to assist with home technology support. While we work to ensure accuracy, the AI may not always provide correct or complete information. For emergencies involving fire, carbon monoxide, or personal safety, always call 911 directly. The AI agent is a support tool, not a substitute for emergency services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided as is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RestWerks does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any specific issue will be resolved through the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RestWerks LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
